These Terms & Conditions govern your use of skinzoeintelligence.co.za and the current SkinZoe Founding Community form. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through the site.
You must be at least 18 years old to join the current Founding Community.
The current website service
SkinZoe is in development. Website demonstrations and descriptions present the current product direction. Feature details, timelines and pricing will be confirmed before launch. Nothing on this website creates a contractual entitlement to a specific feature, launch date, partnership or commercial offer.
SkinZoe will offer a free version and an optional Premium membership. Premium is R49.99 per month. Final feature and usage details will be confirmed before subscriptions open. No subscription payment is accepted through this website today.
Skincare information is not medical advice
SkinZoe provides educational skincare information and is developing personal guidance tools. SkinZoe and Zoe are not dermatologists, healthcare providers or emergency services. Website content must not be used as a diagnosis, prescription or substitute for qualified professional care.
Seek appropriate medical care for severe, painful, rapidly changing, persistent or otherwise concerning symptoms, and for any emergency. Stop using a product and seek professional advice if you experience a serious or unexpected reaction.
Founding Community
Joining the community is free and gives SkinZoe permission to contact you for the purpose stated on the relevant form. Registration does not guarantee selection, app access or any other benefit.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to:
- Submit false, unlawful, harmful or misleading information.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent authority for a business.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe or bypass the site’s security.
- Introduce malicious code, automate abusive submissions or overload the service.
- Copy or exploit SkinZoe content or branding in violation of intellectual property rights.
SkinZoe may remove abusive submissions or restrict access where reasonably necessary.
Intellectual property
SkinZoe, Zoe, Personal Skin Intelligence™, PSI™, the SkinZoe design, written content, concepts and related brand assets belong to SkinZoe (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may view and share links to the public website for personal or legitimate business interest purposes, but may not reproduce, modify, sell or present the material as your own without written permission.
Third party links and availability
The website may link to third party resources. SkinZoe does not control their content, security or privacy practices. The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Responsibility and limitation of liability
SkinZoe aims to keep website information clear and current but does not guarantee that all content will always be complete, free of errors or suitable for every person. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, SkinZoe is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general website information, third party services or unauthorised use of the site.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protection rights.
