No. SkinZoe provides skincare education and personal guidance, not medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. A qualified healthcare professional should assess persistent, painful, severe or concerning skin symptoms.

SkinZoe collects only the information needed for the current Founding Community form, uses access controlled storage and does not sell personal information. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting the Information Officer.

SkinZoe is preparing its founding beta ahead of the wider public launch. The public launch date will be announced through official SkinZoe channels.

Premium is the optional paid membership for people who want unlimited conversations with fair use, deeper memory, more skin scans, an adaptive routine, cycle aware guidance and full progress history. See the Membership page for the complete comparison.

Yes. The free version will give people a meaningful way to begin with Zoe, create a routine and follow recent progress. Premium is optional and expands the experience. Joining the Founding Community is also free, but it is separate from choosing a membership after launch.

You become part of the SkinZoe Founding Community immediately. Selected members will be invited to beta test SkinZoe before the wider launch. Joining is free and no payment is taken today.
